Doing things together that encourage laughing, positivity and positive reinforcement from peers is a great use of your time together. I have managed a lot of different projects, and am open to creating one that sits with your events goals.
Race Cars
One of the most popular team building projects is creating a race car (with tools and decorations) then racing them! There are no engines involved, just toilet paper rolls and strings. High entertainment and laughs. Everyone loves a little competition. Can add a Show-n-Shine element.
Rock Painting
A great opportunity to show your teams creative spirit for your brand. This can be a simple take-home, or it can turn into a educational mapping exercise.
Eatable Cars
Yes, you can eat it when you are done, but first you must build it. This is focused on the aftermarket parts and how you can accessorize.
Kids Bikes Giveback Project
Want a team building exercise and a positive Giveback at the same time? I have led a kids bike program where the bikes are built by or for the kids. Either way, it is super rewarding and pushes everyone out of their comfort zone.
Scavenger Hunt
Everyone loves a Scavenger Hunt. Can be a short and simple list, or it can be something that lasts the entirety of the event. There are lots of options we have done for kids and adults under our Adventure Seeker brand.
My Approach
I love to talk ~ but really I LOVE TO MOTIVATE! My presentations have little jokes to make people laugh, they have stories to make people relate, they have deep thoughts to make people feel, they have questions to make people think, they have action items to motivate people.
I like to use props and fun things to look at, maybe some pictures or video…but I don’t do the boring powerpoint presentation.
My voice is loud and my presence is strong, yet caring and attentive to the audience and the change it needs.
